This past Saturday (July 20th), Daniel and Brandon from the Aiya sales team traveled up to Camarillo, CA to present at the yearly Matcha Workshop at All Things Tea. This year was the fifth time running we’ve partnered with our friends at All Things Tea to run an educational and fun Matcha Workshop, covering the basics of Matcha to even more complicated elements of this complex tea.
Attendees this year got to practice whisking their own bowl of Matcha and then enjoy delicious Matcha inspired courses served during the presentation. Erin, All Thing Tea’s baker, even made our Matcha Cottage Cake for attendees to enjoy. Between the information discussed and the delicious treats served, this year’s even was truly un-Matcha-ble.
We at Aiya love doing classes like this; there isn’t anything more fun than interacting with passionate Matcha fans in a more intimate environment. There is something special about being able to slow down and interact with people one on one that really helps impart the special nature of Matcha green tea and how it can be incorporated into an everyday lifestyle.
Thank you very much to everyone who attended as well as everyone at All Things Tea for your continued support of Matcha. The reason Matcha is making such strong strides in North America is because of fans like you!
