New Store

Aiya is excited to announce the arrival of our all new Online Store.  As a newer,  updated version of our previous store, we’ve streamlined and improved the overall purchasing process and interface for you, our customers.

Moving your account over to the new store is a smooth, hassle free process.  In fact, we’ve already transferred your information.  All you need to do is reset your password:

For Consumers:

Go to our consumer login page and click on “forgot your password?”  Simply enter your registered email address and you will receive an email directing you how to create your new password.  Complete the instructions contained within and you’re ready to shop!

For Wholesale Customers:

Go to our wholesale login page and click on “forgot your password?”  Simply enter your registered email address and you will receive an email directing you on how to create your new password.  Complete the instructions contained within and you’re ready to shop!

Please note, however, that your order history will not be transferred over to the new online store so should you have questions about past orders, please contact us directly.  Also, while we do not anticipate any issues arising, should you encounter any problems in the process, please contact us at info@aiya-america.com and we will assist you however we can.

New Sale

To welcome our new online store, we are also excited to announce a sale running until 11:59 PM August 11th!  The details are different for wholesale and consumers so please make sure to check the section appropriate to you!

For Consumers:

Enter the discount code “2013NewStore” (no spaces) on checkout to receive 20% off all products at regular consumer price.

For Wholesale:

Enter the discount code “2013NewWHStore” (no spaces) on checkout to receive 10% off all products at regular wholesale price.

    I had to buy via a phone call, last time , because I couldn’t do it through the website . I would love to know if the “points” from that transaction had been charged in my account . I don’t remember exactly the date , but it was around June 25th. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Marcela Cuan
