New Test Shows Aiya Ceremonial Matcha Contains 105 Times More Antioxidants

December 7th, 2011

ORAC has become a very popular test for measuring the amount of antioxidants a product contains. But many people question weather the body actually absorbsĀ  all of the antioxidants or if there is true bioavailability. A new test called CAP-e done by NIS Labs tests to see if the body actually absorbs the antioxidants and protect our red blood cells of oxidation.

We sent samples of our Aiya Ceremonial Matcha to the NIS Labs to perform the CAP-e test. The results are very favorable. It shows that Aiya Ceremonial Matcha has bioavailability and the body does actually absorb the antioxidants. It also shows that Aiya Ceremonial Matcha contains 105 times more antioxidants than blueberries and is 56% more efficient.
